FAQ

Q: How far in advance to I need to book you to do my Wedding?
A: Generally at least 6 months to a year, but it’s never too soon to contact us. We would suggest you to book your date as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. The Fort Wayne wedding season (from May to July) can be one of our busiest periods and although you can finalize color and flower choices later, your date should be reserved. You should start thinking about your flowers as soon as you know the overall look you would like for your wedding. At Lillian Rose we try to accommodate every bride we can but dates are reserved on a first deposit received basis.

Q: How do I pay a deposit and what forms otf payment do you accept?
A: We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. That then goes toward the balance of your Wedding Flowers. 3 weeks before your Wedding Date the balance is due. You may pay any amounts in between those dates. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Q: Do you provide both ceremony and reception flowers?
A: Yes! We provide personal, ceremony and reception flowers. We can provide you with a variety of design options for your bouquet, wedding ceremony, and reception from a casual wedding in a garden to a modern event in a ballroom. We have a wide variety of glass vases, and other rental items to make your vision a reality. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Q: Can I speak with you and find out prices?
A: Yes! Our studio/shop is located in Avilla, just 15 minutes from the north side of Fort Wayne. Please call ahead or email us to set up a consultation time since this will allow us to plan better for your meeting. We try and accommodate your schedule as much as possible. Our consultations are always free of charge and usually last 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs.

Q: Why do flower prices vary thought the year and what effect do the seasons have on my choices?
A: Seasons and availability determine the prices of flowers. Flowers are at their peak at different times of year for different flowers. The date of your wedding, and type of flowers you want determine the price you pay. The further away flowers have to be transported from increases prices, and out of season flowers are not as beautiful as in season flowers.
