Our families influence our lives in many different ways, such as the way my grandparents inspired my love of flowers! I have great childhood memories picking lilacs at my grandma’s house and later in life working with my grandfather at a flower shop where he was the delivery driver. These wonderful grandparents told me many stories of their childhood and the mothers that they loved and respected so much. My great-grandmothers were amazing women who raised large families through the depression, 
two world wars and times where faith and love were the only things that kept them going. They taught us that when you hold your family close, have faith and work hard anything is possible. These two wonderful women were both named after flowers, my favorite thing! It seems only fitting that now that I honor these special grandmothers in my life by naming my business after them; Lillian Rose.
